BACKGROUND
Hey there, I’m Yousef Soudan! I’ve been passionate about health and fitness for as long as I can remember.
I joined my first gym at 15 and it changed my life! At 17 I pursued a career in health and fitness. I enrolled in three different diplomas and began my coaching at 18.
I’ve coached over 100 athletes and have been a one-on-one personal trainer for the past five years.
I started Coached By Soudan to help you train anywhere, at any time, and reach any goal! All through my online personalized training app!

After the consultation I will begin creating your program and placing it on the Coached By Soudan app.

We can start training as soon as you are ready!

The Coached By Soudan app will provide you with the exercises and all the details you need for the workout!

I will be following up with you every two/three days to get your feedback about training!

I will be updating the program every week according to your progress to make sure we’re on track to your goals!

FAQS
HOW TO COMMUNICATE?
We will be meeting one-on-one, face-to-face, or over a phone call, once a month for general feedback! We will also be communicating daily through the training app, texts, and audio and video calls.
HOW MANY DAYS WILL I TRAIN?
Your training frequency/week will depend on your training level and history, as well as, your goals and the timeframe we’ve set to achieving these goals!
CAN I TRAIN ANYWHERE?
Yes! I will be setting your program based on your goals, as well as, your preffered location of training! I will also be adjusting your programs if you change gyms, travel, or want to workout from home! Everything is flexible!
IS THERE A NUTRITION PLAN?
We will be discussing general nutrional guidelines and how to create a healthier lifestyle and eating habits. However, I am not going to be providing a nutrition program!
CAN ANYONE DO ONLINE TRAINING?
Yes! Online training can be effective for any athlete. However, if you prefer to have a face-to-face coach, if you don’t have any prior training experience, then I would absolutely recommend that! Your comfort comes first!
RESULTS TIMELINE?
Your results will always depend on your consistency in training. If we manage to stick to the program together and finish all the weekly training sessions, you can see results as fast as one month. You will begin to feel lighter, sharper, and healthier. As long as we’re consistent with our training, the results will come on their own! I am excited for you!
HOW LONG DO THE PACKAGES LAST?
I am currently offering two different packages: 12 sessions and 24 sessions. The 12 session package is approximately one month of training (if you are training 3 days/week). The 24 session package is approximately two months of training (if you are training 3 days/week).
